What we do

We provide building plans for all residential properties in the greater Durban (Ethekwini) area.​All plans are drawn by a Professional Architectural Draughtsman registered with the South African Council for Architectural Professionals. (SACAP)

Services

• A free site visit to discuss your requirements followed by a free no obligation quotation.
• Plans are accurately drawn up using CAD software to clients requirements.
• Plans and documents are submitted to the relevant local authorities for consideration and approval.
• We undertake Amafa (Heritage Act) applications should your property be older than 60 years.
• We undertake to attend to any referrals timeously and follow through to formal approval.
• We appoint professional structural/civil/geotechnical engineers on behalf of the client where so required in respect of a building plan application undertaken by this office.
